COMFORT AND HARRASSMENT

. I reserve the right to refuse, reject or cancel the commission for any reason.
. Any forms of harassment will not be tolerated and can risk your project for cancellation, and services can be refused in the future.
. My models/artwork are not to be modified to include or promote any forms of bigotry (racism, etc).
. I will update you (typically at least once a week) on your model, so please try to avoid asking me for updates too often as it will put pressure and stress on me and may impact progress or quality of the work. You can ask me for progress if you'd like - but please limit it to once a week.
. As commission turnarounds will depend entirely on my mental health and IRL availability - I will notify you personally if I need to take a break mid-commission longer than 3 weeks, or if I need to pause work for any reason. Work on your commission will resume once I am recovered/have access to my computer.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

. I take all payments through KoFi (preferred for Privacy reasons) and Paypal Invoice.
. Payment must be paid in full before I start the commission.
. If the total amount of the Commission is more than 100USD - payment options (ie - half paid before start, full payment before colouring) can be discussed.. If I cancel a commission, I will provide you with a full refund.
. The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
. Refunds will not be provided once the finished product is completed.
. If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
. I will only refund you for work that I haven't started on (ie - if you purchased 5 animations for 50usd and you cancel after I've completed 3, you will only get 20usd back).. If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

USAGE, POSTING AND CONTENT CREATION

. You may use the commissioned work for personal use, which include but are not limited to, avatars, phone/computer wallpaper, character sheets, etc. You may also create physical reproductions of my work for PERSONAL USE (ie. not for sale, advertisement, etc). All displays of my work must include credits to me if possible.. You are not allowed to distribute, merchandise or use my work for any external projects commercial or non-commercial unless discussed, and may result in a Fee depending on the project. This also includes distribution in Discord Servers, using models for Mods, Datapacks, Animation Projects, and so on.. Using the Figura for content creation on Twitch, Youtube, etc is allowed as long as credit to my model and work is retained, and the model is not used to spread bigotry/racism/etc. You are, however - not allowed to use them for merchandising, animations, mod/datapack/game creation etc unless discussed.. For Figura commissions - you are allowed to modify, edit, change my work, or commission other artists to modify, add, edit or alter the model - but credits to my work MUST be retained in the model even if altered.. Any Digital Art commissions must be discussed if you are using it for Twitch/Commercial use in which a fee or additional terms may be included.. Digital Art Commissions are not allowed to be edited, traced over, modified or sent to other people to 'complete', 'recolour', etc. They can be used as reference and the commissioner is allowed to post the artwork online (with credit).. Designs purchased give you full rights to the designed piece, and you are allowed to modify the design, but credit must be retained for the original design work.. I reserve the right over my work, which includes the right to use the artwork/model as a sample for sales or self-promotion, and post publicly on any socials or platforms unless requested otherwise. Downloads to Figura Models will NOT be made public unless discussed and agreed upon and Digital Art Commissions will not be posted without a watermark.. The process of making Figura Model or Digital Art Commissions may be recorded, livestreamed, edited and used for social media and content creation.. Please mention if you would prefer to delay posting about the commission publicly. Your Figura Commission download will never be put up for public download or sale without your consent.
